Does anyone know what specifications are required for an animated GIF Avatar to work? I've tried different sizes but they all don't seem to work. If anyone has some insight it would help me a lot.
Please message me if you have any info on requirements to get a GIF to work. Thanks in advance!
For anyone else who wants to know:
I asked the Admin about it. I was told
that GIFs were never meant to function, but used to work under certain circumstances due to an error. The site has since been updated, and only older GIFs that have already been uploaded remain functional.

Things I've tried:
-Less Images: I've tried as less as only 3 Images per GIF
-Lower Resolution: I've tried resolutions reaching from as little as 100x100 pixels to 800 pixels
-Shorter Duration: I've tried making GIFs with a duration as short as 1 second and as long as 5 seconds
-Lower quality: I've tried file sizes as low as 30kb
-Different programs: I've tried at least 5 different applications. I've tried the video to GIF and the multiple images to GIF options.
And of course I've done these together to determine if any one of these is causing the issue. Every time the image is static.
I have absolutely no idea at this point
