Yes, mine does it too. I asked my urologist about it and he told me there is a tendon in the penis and mine is tighter than normal. He said it can be snipped with surgery, but he wouldn't recommend it as surgeries can go wrong. He said this problem is not uncommon.

Never ever has that happened to me, I’m guessing that the more overweight you are the better chance you would have that happening, I don’t get that small for it to disappear, the smallest I get is usually about three inches so I wouldn’t have that problem.
