Changing profile to couples status?

Hi guys, does anyone know how or even if we can make our profile a couples one? At minute it is set to female but we are doing this together. Cheers in advance

I think you click on your profile pic in the top left corner of your page and then select the couple option from the drop down menu for "I'm a". Then click on "Change Profile". Hopefully that should work
