Since around one year I have reduced my sugar intake more and more. Facts indicate refined sugar is pretty dangerous for the body, in my opinion its almost like some kind of poison. As usual its as with other food, in correct amount its probably harmless but I really try to avoid it, no added sugar in food for me please. Before I gladily eated candy but now my request for it has disspeared which fells very good. Im not a ”slave” of it anymore! The result is weight loss, its not a small change - in one year I have lost around 15 kg (around 33 lb). Well, I have also increased my amount of swim exercise and exercise around 3-4 times weekly. Added to that I also do a lighter gym exercise at home every morning, just around 15 minutes, both with just body as weight exercises but also with dumbbells. And now I have focus on my stomach with a lot of situps and ”crunches”. When it matters my stomach the aim is actually a six-pack wich I know will take much time to get. But I have patience! Some guys here says it takes 6-12 months to get it but Im on my way.

I have already mention it for some of you: it has already get results. Last time I was to one of the communal swimming pool places a woman took a look at my body and then her eyes couldnt resist to go down to my softie bulge in swimwear. Very nice

Everything in moderation is best, but you are so right about the sugar…..it’s truly very bad for you… Check out some of the videos on YouTube.

Sugar is actually addictive, but breaking the addiction is relatively easy compared to some. You can cut down slowly, or go cold turkey. If you do the latter, the first few weeks without can be hard, but then you lose the craving.

However, if you’re serious about getting off sugar completely, get to know the names of all the different forms of sugar and read food labels. Processed foods are full of sugar….even those you would never suspect of containing it. This problem is much worse in the USA than in Europe….

BTW, I can see that you have lost weight…. Looking good!! If I lost that much weight, my clothes would be 2-3 sizes too big, but you’re tall, so probably not so much.😘💋💋

Well, I changed my Lewis 501 size 36x36 to 32x36. So yes it’s an obvious change. By the way, I havn’t stopped all sugar but the reduction is very high. Before I couldn’t resist to eat candy if there was on a plate. I still can’t but now I take just one. I’m not sugar slave as before.

I havnt stop eating sugar but decreased the amount very much. The poison is raffined sugar - avoid it completely if possible. That means processed sugar in candy and so on. But of course energy is needed in form of carbohydrate which is an another thing. The source of energy is important. For me it works good

Yes, its easier to do things. Better strength and lesser weight makes it easier which also feels good. One nice side effect is my penis actually also looks larger. Im also more alert.
